Maruman Golf Launches Updated Version Of Legendary “Conductor Series” At PGA Expo

January 17th, 2008
Classic Iron Line Has Earned Two Masters Titles for Maruman

From The Floor of the PGA Expo in Orlando, Florida - January 17, 2008 – Maruman Golf officially launched the new, 2008 version of its classic, Major Championship winning “Conductor” iron line today on the floor of the PGA Expo in Orlando, Florida. Two versions of the legendary iron line from Maruman were introduced today: the Pro Series and the Standard Series game improvement irons. Each iron line will incorporate Maruman’s world renowned reputation for innovation, performance and aesthetic appeal. Maruman’s Conductor Series will also expand in 2008 to include drivers, fairway woods and hybrids. Maruman Golf is exhibiting its full line of premium golf equipment at the 2008 PGA Expo in Orlando, Florida, which is being held at the Orlando Convention Center starting today and continuing through Saturday, January 19th.

“Maruman Golf is proud to introduce the new ‘Conductor’ Series,” Maruman’s U.S. VP of Sales Jeff Bennett stated. “Last year was great as a re-introduction of Maruman to the U.S. market. One thing we learned, however, was that the depth and complexity of the many varied lines Maruman made available in this market was too confusing. It was clear that the ‘Majesty’ luxury/performance series was the flagship and will remain so. The Conductor, however, was also a very strong part of the Maruman brand and touring pros and top playing amateurs alike really identified with the Conductor story. For 2008, Maruman will feature a full line of Conductor irons, woods and hybrids that will be a great compliment to the Majesty Series. These will be the only two full lines offered in the U.S. To have a more user friendly Conductor, as well as the players version which has always defined the Conductor brand, will be a great benefit to our current and future retailers and, more importantly, to golfers everywhere as Maruman gains a stronger foothold here in the States.”
